Radiative Self-Cooling Nano-Polymer Coating
YNT-HT-501
Slide
Core Functions & Advantages
Slide

Combines a radiative self-cooling layer for thermal insulation with a self-cleaning topcoat, providing high-reflectivity cooling and long-lasting surface protection.

High-Reflectivity Insulation: Solar reflectance ≥95–97%; near-infrared 92–95%; thermal conductivity as low as 0.0032 W/m·K.
Active Radiative Cooling: High emissivity (≥0.91) radiates absorbed heat, reducing surface temperature and energy consumption.
Self-Cleaning: Hydrophobic and oleophobic surface resists dust and oil.
Weather Resistance: Excellent abrasion resistance; strong corrosion barrier; heat-resistant up to ~200°C.

Application: Cabinet surfaces, grain silos, oil storage tanks, and other facilities requiring thermal insulation and self-cleaning protection.

Applications
Slide

Integrated Base Station, Ziyang, Sichuan – China Telecom

Cabinet Surface Temperature: Before: 71.1℃    After: 38.3℃
Energy Consumption: Before: 1949.6 kW·h    After: 1544.6 kW·h

Reduced cabinet surface temperature by 32.8℃; saved 993.4 kW·h of cooling energy over 12 months.

Continuously reduces the surface temperature of communication equipment, extending internal cooling system intervals, prolonging air conditioner lifespan, and lowering energy consumption by up to 40%. Also reduces line interruptions, enhancing equipment operational stability.

Urumqi North Station, Xinjiang – National Grain Reserve Silo (Single-Storey Warehouse)

Silo Roof Temperature: Reduced by 40.3℃ vs. untreated silo;
reduced by 18.9℃ vs. conventional reflective coating.
Internal Silo Temperature: Reduced by 13.6℃ vs. untreated silo;
reduced by 3.6℃ vs. conventional reflective coating.

The coating can reduce internal silo air temperature by over 10℃ and grain surface temperature by over 5℃, minimizing heat-induced spoilage and mold growth. This preserves nutritional quality and taste, increases discharge weight and market value, and effectively enhances grain storage safety.

Fujian Zhangping Ring Network Cabinet, State Grid Corporation of China

Tank Surface Temperature (Top): Before: 67.2℃    After: 39.6℃
Tank Surface Temperature (West Slope): Before: 68.4℃    After: 38.8℃

Reduced top surface temperature by 27.6℃ and west slope surface temperature by 29.6℃.

The coating can reduce tank top surface temperature by over 30℃, lowering vapor pressure above the liquid, minimizing evaporation losses, and improving storage safety. It also mitigates water condensation caused by large day-night temperature fluctuations and inhibits tank corrosion from fire-sprinkler water.
